Interview

Please interview a friend/family member about a time when they were either terminated from a job or was the person who terminated someone from a job. You want to ask them to describe what happened, what was handled well and/or poorly, and what they would do differently today (if anything).  You will submit a no more than 2 page memo regarding what your interviewee described, and most importantly what you learned from their experience. You will also want to include if you would do anything differently if you were the person conducting the termination.
