After reading the course materials for the module, consider your healthcare organization or another one with which you are familiar. Assume management has asked you to recommend a financial management system that will support the needs and requirements of the organization. Conduct research on financial management systems and write a paper with your recommendation.

In your recommendation, address the following:

• What type of financial management system would best suit the needs of the organization? Why? How did you review, assess, and select this system?
• How will implementation of the system impact healthcare costs and quality, as well as access to healthcare services? How will this affect the organization as a whole?
• Will the system cause healthcare to improve or decline? Why?
• Do you think the benefits of the system will outweigh the costs? Why?

Your paper should meet the following structural requirements:

• 4-5 pages in length, not including the title or reference pages.
• Provide support for your statements with in-text citations from a minimum of two scholarly articles from peer-reviewed journals. Additional sources may come from the class readings or textbook, but a minimum of two must be external.
• The Saudi Digital Library is a good place to find these references.
• Your paper must follow Saudi Electronic University academic writing standards and APA style guidelines, as appropriate.
