These posts are from my teacher and I need to answer them like if I was having a conversation with him face to face.
7-I absolutely think there is a strong correlation between the order and rationale one sees regarding products in the marketplace. Gillet razors seem to set there target market in the young adult mid adult male demographic. There commercials show fit men using there razors with the claims of a clean close shave that will not irritate the skin and will provide a clean smooth refreshing look. As a consumer and a young man I do tend to view those commercials at times and think wow that looks great maybe I should try some. Knowing ones target audience is key in the world of marketing to insure your product is represented to the appropriate people. Another product I noticed was touch of grey which tend to be marketed towards middle age men.
8-A sales persons strongest asset is their ability to personable and get personal with their guest. The continuous reassurance of the quality of the work helped you feel at ease and buying from a local store helps to feel more connected with the purchase. It gives a feeling of closeness, family, and community support. In this instance it was your personal relationship developed with employee that influenced your purchase; marketing will get them to the business but, the team members will make or break your business.
